This is your standard 1970s ninja-themed b-movie. The story revolves around a man taken from some sort of work camp and being rehired by the army to take down three rival groups of Hong Kong ninjas that are making a deal to sell Soviet Arms to the Middle East. When our hero recives this news, the ninjas don't concern him, though he is worried because he does not know his way around Hong Kong. Oliver's house is in a shambles after a wild party, and his wife is due home at noon. He calls Stanley to help him fix the place up, and the typical catastrophies ensue. Somehow, however, Stanley manages to complete the job by the time Oliver leaves to pick up his wife at the train station. As a finishing touch, Stan decides to start a nice fire in the fireplace, using a can of gasoline to hurry the process along.
