Richard the Lion-Hearted is a 1923 sequel to Robin Hood (1922; starring Douglas Fairbanks in the titular role), with Wallace Beery returning as Richard the Lion-Hearted. The movie was written by Frank E. Woods from the 1825 Sir Walter Scott novel The Talisman and directed by Chester Withey. It is not positively known whether the film currently survives, although it is considered to be a lost film.

Smugglers are using a device for controlling airplanes in flight, and newspaper reporters from Chicago are vying for the story. Reporter Elmer Lane is out to scoop rival reporter Betty Harrison, and capture her heart in the process.

Med student Lewis Moffitt (George E. Mather) harbours a secret fear of the dark stemming from a traumatic childhood incident involving a corpse. A couple of missiles strike earth and Rocky and the gang go to find out where they are coming from. They end up on a moon of Jupiter which is perfect for their survival. They are lucky to land because they have run out of gas. At least their gas gauge says so.
