Arjun Karki, President of the Rural Reconstruction Nepal and of the NGO Federation of Nepal, the largest NGO umbrella group of Nepali NGOs, Arjun is currently involved in doing research on issues related to agrarian relations and rural social movements and is busy conducting a study on rural social conflicts and the peace-building process in Nepal. He completed his doctoral degree at the School of Development Studies, University of East Anglia and is very active in national and international networking, lobbying and advocacy of the NGO movements.
