Paul Davies: Doctor en Física y profesor en la Universidad Estatal de Arizona. Dirige el instituto BEYOND: Center for Fundamental Concepts in Science. Es uno de los científicos más prolíficos en divulgación de la ciencia de la actualidad. Conocido por sus investigaciones en cosmología, teoría cuántica de campos y astrobiología. Ha escrito libros de divulgación y es columnista en The Guardian y The New York Times.
