The heart of humanity is a 1918 American Silent film war film propaganda film produced by Universal Pictures and directed by Allen Holubar. The film stars Dorothy Phillips, William Stowell and Eric von Stroheim. A copy of the film is preserved at the EmGee Film Library and in private collections.

Este documental producido en el año 2013 muestra la situación de vida de los refugiados somalíes en un campo de refugiados en Mogadishu. Un niño somalí cuenta cómo perdió a su padre durante el asalto del grupo al-Shabaab a su pueblo, forzándoles a huir y a refugiarse en Magadishu. Las condiciones de vida en el campo son muy difíciles y muchos niños mueren a causa de enfermedades y la malnutrición.

A pesar de que el turismo sexual con menores no es un problema nuevo, en países de Centroamérica como Guatemala, Honduras y Costa Rica va en aumento.
Con el aumento del uso de las nuevas tecnologías los abusadores tienen más información de lugares a los que ir para encontrar menores vulnerables de los que aprovecharse.
