Tim Blake Nelson. USA - 2001 El 7 de octubre de 1944 el sonderkommando 12 de Auschwitz organizó un levantamiento. Era una de las trece brigadas especiales de prisioneros judíos creadas por los nazis para colaborar en las tareas de exterminio en los campos a cambio de unos meses más de vida y pequeños privilegios. Para algunos fue el sentimiento de culpa, para otros la certeza de la muerte inminente, lo cierto es que decidieron morir luchando. Una reflexión acerca de las situaciones extremas frente a las cuales la violencia deshumanizante pone a los individuos.

Häxan (Danish title: Heksen; English title: The Witches or Witchcraft Through The Ages) is a 1922 Swedish/Danish Silent film horror film written and directed by Benjamin Christensen. Based partly on Christensen's study of the Malleus Maleficarum, a 15th-century German guide for inquisition, Häxan is a study of how superstition and the misunderstanding of diseases and mental illness could lead to the hysteria of the witch-hunts.

Insurance salesman Albert Tuttle arrives at the Cyrus J. Rutherford estate to sell the millionaire some life insurance. Rutherford is already dead and his heirs have gathered at the mansion to hear the reading of the will. Rutherford's will won't be read until he is properly entombed and the heirs are forced to stay on the premises or be denied their inheritance. Tuttle soon finds himself mixed up in shenanigans involving Rutherford's niece, secret passages, a missing body and murder.
