Loïc Blondiaux: Politólogo francés. Obtuvo la licencia en Derecho en 1984, en la Universidad Lille II. Y en 1985 obtuvo el máster en Derecho Público, Departamento de Ciencias Políticas, Universidad de París I.
Entre 1994 y el 2000 fue profesor en la Universidad de Lille II. Entre 2000 y 2002 fue profesor de la Universidad de París I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
En 2006 fue nombrado profesor de Ciencias Políticas en el Institut d’études politiques de Lille, luego, en el 2008, en la Universidad de París I Panthéon-Sorbonne.

Ricardo Uauy: Doctor en Bioquímica Nutricional. Médico y Premio Nacional de Ciencias Aplicadas y Tecnológicas 2012. Forma parte del cuerpo académico del Instituto de Nutrición y Tecnología de Alimentos de la Universidad de Chile (INTA), y de la London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine de Inglaterra. Su trabajo se ha enfocado en estudiar los requerimientos nutricionales en estados de salud y enfermedad.
