EastSide boxing champion (Leo Gorcey) has been challenged to fight the West Side champ but is kidnapped before the match. Leo's friend (Bobby Jordan) takes his place and wins the fight only to have Leo think that Bobby was responsible for his kidnapping.

Los fogones chilotes representan al Chiloé de antaño que pese al impacto devastador que ha causado la modernidad neoliberal en Chile y territorios como el archipiélago chilote, los fogones aún forman parte importante de la vida diaria y de los quehaceres campesinos de varios hogares de la Isla Lemuy, territorio en donde se rodó esta serie documental.
