Švejk è un soldato hitleriano in Russia. Mentre vaga nelle steppe gelate alla ricerca della strada per Stalingrado, fa strani incontri: un cappellano militare che ha finito la benzina del suo altare da campo (interpretato dall’attore slow theatre Paolo Carlin), una vecchia russa sulla porta della propria izba (Valeria Sicher), un plotone di soldati infreddoliti… Ma l’incontro davvero straordinario è l’ultimo che fa!
