Rolando Revagliatti nació el 14 de abril de 1945 en Buenos Aires, ciudad en la que reside. Publicó en soporte papel un volumen que reúne su dramaturgia, dos con cuentos, relatos y microficciones y diecinueve poemarios. En ediciones digitales se hallan los seis tomos de su libro "Documentales. Entrevistas a escritores argentinos", conformados por 159 entrevistas por él realizadas.
